Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase.
The right of admission is reserved.
Lost tickets will not be replaced.
Animals are not permitted on site.
Strictly no glass allowed on site.
No illegal substances may be brought onto the Festival site.
Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme if necessary.
Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
Those who are, or whom appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol.
Pulse Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Tickets do not entitle the holder to camp or stay overnight at the festival, and they should leave the premises within one hour of entertainment finishing.
Anyone, in the opinion of the organisers, behaving in a manner that is dangerous or abusive to staff or public will be asked to leave.
All under 16's must be accompanied by an Adult.
Keep within the boundaries of the festival, all surrounding land and buildings are out of bounds.

All profits raised by this festival will be donated to Wessex Heartbeat and Freinds of PICU who directly support their work.
